Our Bookings Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page (together with any documents referred to on it) defines the terms and conditions on which we enable you to make a booking for a session/s with Aggela Foteni  on our Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking.  You should understand that by booking any of our sessions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Price and Payment

The price of any of our Services are available on our Bookings Page.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation, except in cases of obvious error.

You may pay for your booking online by credit and debit card. Credit and debit card payments made online through our Website are processed by a secure payment collection service. Our online payment processing is undertaken by either Woopayments or Klarna,  leading secure internet payment service providers.

To successfully process your online booking, we will take your name, address and other details and then you will be transferred to a secure page to enter your credit or debit card details and finalise the payment process.

2. Confirmation of Booking

After making a booking you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS from us acknowledging that we have received your booking request. Please note, your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

The contract between us (‘Contract’) will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation and receive full payment.

3. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

In-person bookings

Cancellations received in writing  within 7 days before the Booking Date, will be subject to a 20% administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the booking date or for non-attendance. In these cases we will allow a 1 (one) time re-schedule of the Booking within a period of 1 month thereafter.

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion, to cancel/re-schedule your booking where we need to do so due to circumstances outside of our control (including, but not limited to, situations where health concerns are at play to safeguard our clients health and safety). We shall have no liability for losses or costs which you may incur due to such cancellation but we will offer you an alternative DATE that is available.

When we effect refunds we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Credit Card refunds usually take a few days to appear in your account.

Virtual Bookings

Virtual sessions often have a much shorter timescale between when booking opens and the session takes place.

In these cases we will provide a full refund less 10% admin fee if it is requested at least 2 days prior to the date of the booking.

4. Written Communications

We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our Website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Privacy 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we will use the information which you have provided to us.

6. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
